La figura professionale richiesta prevede l'inserimento del candidato in sinergia con team di progettisti multidisciplinari che si occupano della progettazione di fabbricati funzionalmente complessi (stazioni ferroviarie, uffici, piattaforme multimodali), di fabbricati tecnologici a servizio degli impianti ferroviari, nonché di opere speciali quali gallerie/trincee/viadotti o opere accessorie.
Il candidato dovrà avere: approfondita conoscenza delle tecnologie non prettamente ferroviarie, tipicamente MEP e impianti speciali (a correnti deboli); formazione nel campo della sicurezza antincendio, analisi di scenari di emergenza e principi di funzionalità ed ergonomia dell'infrastruttura ferroviaria; conoscenza del quadro normativo nazionale e estero; propensione al problem solving e alla corretta gestione e implementazione di interfacce e interferenze; capacità di collaborare proattivamente; produrre documentazione tecnica specialistica su attività interdisciplinari che coinvolgono vari dipartimenti e funzioni trasversali (per analisi di fattibilità, gare d'appalto, attività di consulenza e scouting tecnico/commerciale).
Le attività che il candidato sarà chiamato a svolgere saranno rivolte alla definizione dei criteri progettuali, al dimensionamento e alla preparazione di documentazione tecnica a servizio delle varie fasi progettuali, allo sviluppo di elaborati tecnici e grafici di dettaglio, alla scelta delle soluzioni impiantistiche più idonee a garanzia dell'integrazione di sistemi, anche complessi; al coordinamento di progettisti esterni per la caratterizzazione e definizione puntuale dei seguenti sistemi impiantistici a servizio di fabbricati di stazione e fabbricati tecnici, di opere ferroviarie e accessorie:
Sistemi di produzione/trasformazione/distribuzione dell'energia elettrica (gruppi elettrogeni, impianti fotovoltaici, trasformatori MT/bt, UPS, quadri LV, impianti luce e forza motrice)Sistemi di messa a terra e protezione dalle scariche atmosfericheSistemi di spegnimento incendi di tutte le tipologieSistemi di rivelazione incendiSistemi di telecomunicazione (PAGA, LAN)Sistemi di controllo accessi (CCTV, ACS/IDS)La risorsa dovrà inoltre supportare l'ufficio di T&C (Test&Commissioning) nello sviluppo delle specifiche tecniche e dei piani di lavoro per svolgere tutte le attività di prova e collaudo dei vari impianti.
Qualifiche e Competenze richieste: Il candidato deve preferibilmente possedere una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica e deve avere maturato un'esperienza almeno quadriennale nel campo della progettazione e installazione di impianti MEP e speciali per applicazioni industriali. Risulta fondamentale pregressa esperienza nel campo antincendio, analisi di scenari di rischio, approfondita conoscenza del quadro normativo nazionale ed extra-nazionale. La specializzazione nell'indirizzo energetico può costituire titolo preferenziale, così come la conoscenza delle problematiche legate al risparmio energetico e all'efficientamento dei consumi.
Il candidato deve inoltre possedere una buona conoscenza ed esperienza nella modellazione 3D con metodologia BIM; in particolare si richiede la conoscenza dei software di modellazione REVIT (e REVIT-MEP), Navisworks, (eventualmente anche applicativi BIM-oriented specifici tipo MagiCAD, o similari). Titolo preferenziale è inoltre la conoscenza di software specifici per il dimensionamento dei sistemi impiantistici (es. HAP Carrier, Dialux, ecc..., o similari).
E' inoltre richiesta:

• Attitudine a comprendere i requisiti contrattuali, le specifiche tecniche e la progettazione di base, fornendo un'interpretazione corretta degli aspetti critici;

• Attitudine ad interpretare i rischi e le criticità, analizzare alternative di approccio ai problemi e valutare correttamente la fattibilità dei lavori;

• Capacità di sviluppo di progettazione impiantistica con attenzione per le interrelazioni fra i diversi impianti tecnologici presenti e secondo i requisiti di progetto in termini di qualità della documentazione e tempo di esecuzione;

• Capacità di gestione di un gruppo di persone, capacità di negoziazione e di coordinamento;

• Conoscenza di progettazione specifica degli impianti tecnologici (MEP e speciali), di preventivazione e stima costi, di contabilità preventiva, di programmazione delle attività, di controllo qualità da applicare sistematicamente ai Progetti esecutivi.

• Conoscenza della lingua inglese

• Disponibilità a trasferte sia sul territorio nazionale e estero
