**Planning & Program Manager - Noleggio a Breve Termine (M/F/d)
Sede di lavoro**:Torino
Riportando alla Direzione Operations di UnipolAssistance, la figura ricercata sarà il punto di riferimento delle attività di **Pianificazione e Gestione della domanda e dei fabbisogni del Business di Noleggio a Breve Termine **del Gruppo Unipol e del Network di Soccorso Stradale.
Nello specifico sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- **Pianificazione della domanda **finalizzata alla corretta distribuzione dei veicoli presso i point UnipolAssistance dislocati sul territorio nazionale;
- **Elaborazione del fabbisogno **della flotta con cadenza annuale e stagionale;
- **Disegno e implementazione **di processi strutturati volti ad automatizzare l'acquisizione delle richieste, il corretto posizionamento delle auto e l'efficientamento del servizio;
- **Monitoraggio e analisi **attraverso reportistica ad hoc dei flussi di approvvigionamento veicoli;
- Rapporto diretto con la Società di noleggio auto del Gruppo e con i principali player esterni; Gestione diretta del team di back office operativo (Service Room);
REQUISITI:
- Laurea Specialistica in ambito Economico e/o Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo all'interno di realtà strutturate operanti nel settore del Noleggio a Breve Termine;
- Consolidata esperienza in ambito Demand & Capacity Planning;
- Eccellente utilizzo del Pacchetto Office, nello specifico Excel;
- Ottime doti analitiche e relazionali; Completano il profilo: orientamento al cliente, all'efficienza e al risultato.
