Job Description:

Leonardo, a leading industrial partner in the GCAP (Global Combat Air Programme) program, is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Turin. As part of this cutting-edge program, you will be responsible for supporting the capture of data transfer requirements, coordinating the engineering team, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Transfer Requirements: Collaborate with LDO sites and partners to capture data transfer needs, ensuring compliance with operational engineering plans and processes.
  2. Engineering Team Coordination: Prepare internal materials for exchanges with partners, supporting reviews and international engineering activities.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Conduct periodic checks on the status of relevant actions, ensuring timely completion.
  4. Program Management: Support the issuance of plans and reporting required by the program, working closely with the UO Program Management and International Programme & Partnerships Development teams.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in project management, system engineering, and engineering processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in project management, system engineering, and synthesis and integration.
  • Security clearance.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently with a good degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • English language proficiency (B2 or higher) with a focus on engineering, aeronautical, and project management terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
