Job Summary
Ensuring support for the sales force to achieve turnover targets applying specific and appropriate marketing strategies for own products competence and guarantees continuous support to the Commercial Management both in pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve company objectives. In addition, clinical awareness and adoption of the Werfen solution increases in local market through training courses, clinical / scientific events and involvement and the networking of Key Opinion Leaders.
Key Accountabilities
Be responsible for the pre-sales planning of complex projects Support the sales process in defining the most suitable technical solutions to be presented to the customer by sharing the pre-sales design with the other functions companies involved Conduct product training for field personnel and Product Specialists Product promotion activities with customers Collaborate with the Line Manager Hemostasis in acquiring the market needs useful for the development of the product or service so as to be able to do so improve and possibly design new ones Participate in meetings with the sales force and Customer Service for the purpose to increase their knowledge Plan, organize (in collaboration with the communication team), promote and actively participate in scientific events sponsored by Werfen (congresses, seminars, symposia) to strengthen scientific knowledge, image and establish the Werfen solutions as a standard of patient diagnostic management Actively participate in scientific days and events (seminars, local days) for strengthen the image of the company and promote products Have continuous contact with the sales office in order to monitor the tenders on going Organize training sessions for Product Specialists, Area Sales Manager and Sales Specialist Data collection on competitors and market needs to improve product positioning and penetrationNetworking/Key relationships
To be defined based on the needs of the department, include relationships such as:
Internal: Sales - Customer Services - Tenders - Offers - Logistics - Communication - Finance - QA - Administration - Human Resources External: Customers - Users - Suppliers - Opinion Leaders - AgenciesMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position
Qualification: University Degree in Science or Engineering or technically oriented Experience: at least 2 years of experience in the role, preferably in the sector of in vitro diagnostics and / or medical sectorAdditional knowledge:
Clinical value of an IVD test Operating principles of diagnostic instrumentation for hemostasis Good laboratory practices SAP Office English - Level B1 / B2Skills & Capabilities
Results and customer orientation Team work and cooperation Leadership Negotiation Communication and listening Specific technical - scientific knowledge Knowledge of the Market / Customer / Territory Knowledge of the Products Strategic and operational marketing techniques Ability to plan effectively and prioritize activities Project management Solid presentation and training skills Analysis of critical situations Analytical ThinkingTravel requirements:
