Apply now for theposition of Product Sales Expert - Specialties Laboratory Solution andyou will be the expertin Hemostasis and Hematology product lines, in this role yourresponsibility will be to achieve within the assigned territories (North-EastItaly: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna) theproduct sales targets agreed with the organization and in compliance withCompany strategies. You will report to the Territory Manager within the SalesCommercial Lab Organization and functionally to the marketing department,collaborating with other company functions, in order to obtain maximum customerloyalty and satisfaction.

Your role:

You will work proactively with the project team of Territory Sales andMarketing functions to identify business prospects and opportunities, proposingspecific solutions for the customer. You will make best use of the technology of the product portfolio inorder to present innovative solutions and projects. You will actively contribute to the achievement of the Company objectives(Area Strategy and Market Share Growth) of Hemostasis and Hematology byexploiting the CRM culture and KPI monitoring. You will produce a detailed report on the progress of projects based onthe frequency agreed with the different company functions involved. You will train Account Executives and Business Partners. You will contribute to the preparation of tenders and the formulation ofoffers.

Your expertise:

A degree, preferably in Medical Health Sciences (Biotechnology, Biologyor similar). Preferably at least 3 years of previous experience in the field of Hemostasisand Hematology. Familiarity with the use of the computer for the most common Officeapplications and specific company tools. Sales orientation with experience gained mainly in public laboratories. Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Available to travel in the assigned Territory and to support otherterritories if necessary. Dynamic, with personal initiative and ability to achieve goals withminimal direction.
