You are part of the young and dynamic presales consulting team located in Milan.

We will require a close collaboration with our development, innovation, delivery and sales teams in order to achieve success in our international organization.

Main Responsibilities * Collect and understand the requirements, in order to design the best fitting solutions for the Client based on RGI products.

* Perform product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed.

* Manage the entire end-to-end process of RFI, RFP, and RFQ, including showcasing the proposed solution * Develop product reference document and product presentation materials for customers.

* Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge and industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.

* Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to help identify new business and marketing opportunities.

* Participate in design sessions for development of new functionality and for customization of existing functionality. * Work with management and client to determine product roadmap and milestones.

Work Experiences Previous work experience as Pre sales role at least for 3 years in IT / Insurance fields Skills required * Proven affinity to IT-technology * Eagerness to learn leading edge business technology * Willingness to travel abroad on occurence * Organizing and managing a dynamic team * Good communication and public speaking skills * Logical and Analytical skills * Excellent knowledge of English language (native English is a plus) * A good knowledge of and additional language is a plus * Is a plus insurance fundamental knowledge Qualification Scientific University Degree What we offer * Young, international team of highly dedicated professionals with a "can-do" attitude.
