Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Milano, Italy. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling language and study programs abroad to international students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell language and study programs abroad through direct customer contact
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and meet customer expectations
  • Sell both on the phone and during face-to-face consultations
  • Represent EF at fairs, offline events, and info meetings
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Sales-oriented, goal-driven, can-do attitude, strong work ethic
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • International experience (study/work)
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outspoken personality
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
