Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Consultant who will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager as part of our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a positive rapport with customers from initial contact to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass CRM and customer retention objectives.
- Support the Store Management in meeting sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and nurture a network of contacts to broaden the customer base.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the organization.
- Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
- Uphold Brioni's standards and protocols, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Proficient in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM (Made to Measure) expertise is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Adaptable to a multicultural environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Committed to personal development.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
