Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager as part of our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain a positive rapport with customers from initial contact to farewell.
  • Achieve and surpass CRM and customer retention objectives.
  • Support the Store Management in meeting sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture a network of contacts to broaden the customer base.
  • Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the organization.
  • Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
  • Uphold Brioni's standards and protocols, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
  • Proficient in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
  • MTM (Made to Measure) expertise is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a multicultural environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Committed to personal development.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
