As a Sales Ambassador for AMI Paris, you will be the brand's ambassador in-store, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while adhering to retail processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients in-store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Advising customers on products and offering personalized recommendations
- Developing customer loyalty and maintaining accurate customer files
- Participating in stock management and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
- Actively participating in visual merchandising implementations and rotations
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong interest in fashion
- Proficiency in English and Italian, with another language being an asset
