Job Description

As a Sales Ambassador for AMI Paris, you will be the brand's ambassador in-store, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while adhering to retail processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients in-store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Advising customers on products and offering personalized recommendations
  • Developing customer loyalty and maintaining accurate customer files
  • Participating in stock management and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
  • Actively participating in visual merchandising implementations and rotations

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong interest in fashion
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, with another language being an asset
