  • We are looking for a sales professional who is stylish, fashionable, and has a drive to achieve results. They should have a passion for customer engagement and be able to maintain a strong brand image.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • The Senior Sales Associate will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for building relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities. They will maintain store standards in terms of image, product, and operations and deliver the Versace customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets.
    2. Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge.
    3. Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs.
    4. Take action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories.
    5. Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff.
    6. Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication.
    7. Ensure superlative customer service standards, to meet customer expectations.
    8. Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
    9. Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty.
    10. Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service CRM activities.
    11. Capture customer data all the time.
    12. Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customers.
    13. Participate in the organization of in-store and promotional events.
    14. Implement and manage the boutique's community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients.
    15. Operations:
    16. Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.).
    17. Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
    18. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up.
