Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Sales Consultant will assist the Store Sales Team in delivering exceptional service to clients by providing comprehensive information and guidance regarding product selections, ensuring a superior sales experience.
The Senior Sales Consultant will report directly to the Store Manager.

Main Duties: Welcome and engage clients entering the Showroom, delivering a high standard of hospitality. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Actively listen to clients and utilize effective selling techniques to align with their needs, facilitating informed decisions. Foster strong relationships with current clients while seeking new business opportunities. Maintain an impeccable store environment and uphold visual merchandising standards. Provide clients with detailed product information and technical assistance. Keep accurate inventory records and manage store merchandise. Inspect all products for damage prior to display. Utilize company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM). Assist in expanding the company database through client information registration and profiling. Support the Store Manager and Retail Director in coordinating events and promotional initiatives. Prepare sales and customer relationship reports by analyzing and categorizing sales data. Address and investigate customer feedback and service suggestions. Aid the Store Manager in executing operational and organizational objectives. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; other relevant academic backgrounds will be considered. At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the design or furniture sector. A goal-oriented mindset. Skills Required: Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive with a strong sales inclination, positive demeanor, and enthusiasm. Courteous and customer-focused. Team-oriented.
