Role Summary

We are on the lookout for a Sales Consultant who will collaborate closely with the Assistant Store Manager within our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain a positive rapport with clients, ensuring a memorable experience from initial engagement to farewell.
  • Achieve and surpass customer relationship management and retention objectives.
  • Support store management in reaching established targets and contribute to team success.
  • Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) effectively to enhance relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture a network of contacts to broaden the customer base.
  • Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and broader company teams.
  • Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
  • Uphold Brioni's standards and protocols, promptly addressing any challenges or risks.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
  • Proficient in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of men's formalwear.
  • Familiarity with the high-end fashion industry.
  • Made-to-measure specialization is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities.
  • Adaptable to a multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Commitment to personal growth and development.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
