Role Summary
We are on the lookout for a Sales Consultant who will collaborate closely with the Assistant Store Manager within our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a positive rapport with clients, ensuring a memorable experience from initial engagement to farewell.
- Achieve and surpass customer relationship management and retention objectives.
- Support store management in reaching established targets and contribute to team success.
- Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) effectively to enhance relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Build and nurture a network of contacts to broaden the customer base.
- Stay informed about market trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and broader company teams.
- Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
- Uphold Brioni's standards and protocols, promptly addressing any challenges or risks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
- Proficient in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of men's formalwear.
- Familiarity with the high-end fashion industry.
- Made-to-measure specialization is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Adaptable to a multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Commitment to personal growth and development.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
