Role Summary

We are in search of a Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team in Milano, reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
  • Engage in sales and client engagement initiatives to achieve personal and store objectives.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships from initial contact through to farewell.
  • Meet and surpass CRM and customer retention targets.
  • Collaborate with Store Management to achieve collective goals.
  • Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Expand the customer base by developing a network of contacts.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store and the wider company.
  • Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
  • Uphold Brioni's standards and protocols, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
  • Proficient in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
  • MTM (Made-to-Measure) expertise is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Committed to personal development.
  • Demonstrates a sense of ownership.
  • Capable of remaining mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
