About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and proactive sales professional with a proven track record in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Finance & Operations segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various industries and geographic regions.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and propose value-added solutions that leverage Microsoft's D365 platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, and contract management.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize sales expertise and existing Microsoft ecosystem network to drive sales growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in the ERP sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP systems and their business benefits.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in selling consulting services is required, and knowledge of Microsoft business applications (sales, consulting, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and project operations) is preferred.
