What you will do

The purpose of the position is to develop the built-in business in the Triveneto area: the manager is responsible for managing strategic Built in customer and maximizing all opportunities maximize business

ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel.
  • Networking within local accounts in order to secure all business opportunities.
  • Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to local accounts.
  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.
  • Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.
  • Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts.
  • Taking a proactive approach to account management.
  • Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.
  • Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
What you need to succeed

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES
Economics or related Degree

Fluency in English and Italian

Clients management skills

Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this

People management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development and motivation

Familiarity with Built in Consumer Goods markets (nice to have)

Able to establish relationships with largest customers and retailers

Leadership, clear communication of expectations to teams

Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

Availability to travel in Italy
