**Job Description**:

- Your opportunity_

We are looking for a highly motivated IT TECH LEAD who will be part of our IT Digital Innovation team and will work in a modern and international context to provide the most relevant IT solutions to support our business-related IT projects.
- How you will contribute_- Supportare l'IT Area Leader nella valutazione técnica di progetti in ambito Digital Customer Experience (per le soluzioni di CRM, Marketing Automation ed integrazioni con ERP, eCommerce e sistemi satellite) durante le fasi di fattibilità técnica preliminare, progettazione ed implementazione, al fine di garantire il recepimento dei requisiti presentati per le aree di competenza ai team di sviluppo partner.- Assicurare corretta comprensione e supporto durante l'analisi dei processi, proponendo soluzioni tecniche adeguate a rispondere alle esigenze del business, nonché contribuire alla creazione della relativa documentazione técnica.- Contribuire in modo proattivo al miglioramento dei nostri processi e tecnologie, supportando il team di IT Analysts interno nell'analisi dei progetti di competenza sotto una prospettiva técnica.- Coordinare e supervisionare le attività tecniche in carico ai consulenti esterni (e.g. validazione técnica della soluzione, sviluppo, schedulazione, rispetto delle tempistiche di delivery).- Definire e sviluppare standard tecnici in accordo e nel rispetto delle procedure/dei flussi tecnici e di business esistenti, nonché validare proposte di soluzioni tecniche che siano solide e scalabili per evoluzioni future.- Assicurare supporto a team partner esterni e team IT interni nella risoluzione di problemi critici per garantire la continuità del business, incluse le attività di AMS (servizi di manutenzione delle applicazioni), con particolare riferimento al supporto da accordare a responsabili interni/esterni per le attività a maggiore impatto.- Coordinare e supervisionare i System Test volti a garantire il soddisfacimento dei requisiti di sviluppo, anche eseguendo code reviews dopo le attività di implementazioni dei consulenti.- Contribuire al lavoro di squadra ed al raggiungimento degli obiettivi progettuali.
- Who you are_- Laurea in discipline IT/scientifiche- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi di almeno 3-5 anni in società di consulenza/contesti multinazionali complessi- Esperienza con Azure DevOps- Esperienza in implementazioni D365 Customer Service / Marketing Automation / Microsoft Dynamics AX e Cloud technology-
- La conoscenza del sistema SAP verrà considerata un plus- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione- Attitudine al problem solving- Passione ed entusiasmo- Curiosità e innovazione- Proattività- L'esperienza pregressa nel settore Fashion o Consumer Goods sarà considerata un plus- Certificazioni Microsoft Dynamics CRM sarà considerata un plus
