**Posizione**:
**KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS**
- Manage the implementation of new ERP platform in Europe initially focus on finance
- Analyze business requirements and define correct IT strategy in translating business process in IT solution;
- Participate actively in new ERP project and IT SW evolutions (design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live)
- Become first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvements
- Coordination and collaboration with internal resource and External Consultants.
- Manage through internal and external resources the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systems
- Manage and keep updated documentation such as requirements, functional analysis, minute of meetings, manuals, test books

**WORK EXPERIENCE**

Required experience
- on ERP managementProject & Program Managementfinance

Desirable
- Retail/Fashion industryExperience on Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, AS400, EDI and CRM integration
- International multi-industry experience

**DEGREE/DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATION**
- Graduate - University degree (or equivalent) in related Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
- Certifications will be considered a plus

**LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY**
- Italian
- Fluent in English
