La persona che entrerà a far parte del team Service Outboard avrà i seguenti compiti:
Supportare la Rete di Dealer ed Officine Autorizzate alla risoluzione di problematiche complesse di origine diagnostica e técnica seguendo le indicazioni procedurali di Casa Madre
Supportare gli area manager nella gestione del cliente;
Monitorare la qualità e l'efficienza del prodotto e preparare report tecnici per la Casa Madre;
Condurre interventi tecnici presso la rete di assistenza, raccogliendo informazioni dettagliate riguardo le difettosità e trasferendole in azienda
Collaborare ad eventi del settore
Partecipare ai training tecnici indetti da Casa Madre presso le fabbriche di produzione
Monitorare il livello di assistenza in rete e gestire in prima persona training tecnici avendo cura della preparazione e della gestione dei corsi formativi.

Buone doti organizzative
Autonomia nella gestione delle attività
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office
Capacità di relazionarsi con clienti e fornitori esterni
Conoscenza madrelingua della lingua italiana e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero.
La persona dovrà essere in possesso della patente nautica.
