seleziona per azienda cliente operante nel settore alimentare una figura PR & Digital Communications Lead per unirsi al dipartimento Marketing.

La risorsa avrà un ruolo cruciale con il compito di progettare, sviluppare, gestire e coordinare la strategia di comunicazione aziendale. In particolare si occuperà di:

- sviluppare ed implementare strategie di comunicazione efficaci per promuovere l'azienda e i suoi prodotti/servizi;

- gestire le relazioni con i media e sviluppare partnership strategiche per aumentare la visibilità dell'azienda;

- organizzare eventi, conferenze stampa e altre attività di promozione per supportare gli obiettivi aziendali;

- gestire attivamente i canali digitali dell'azienda, inclusi il sito web ed i social;

- creare contenuti coinvolgenti e rilevanti per i diversi canali digitali garantendo una presenza online coerente con la brand identity;

- monitorare e valutare l'efficacia delle attività di comunicazione e proporre miglioramenti;

- gestire e valorizzare la comunicazione interna per promuovere l'allineamento e l'engagement dei dipendenti;

- collaborare con altri dipartimenti per garantire un messaggio aziendale coerente e allineato.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Comunicazione, PR, Marketing o campo correlato;

- comprovata Esperienza nel campo delle relazioni pubbliche e della comunicazione;

- eccellenti capacità di scrittura e comunicazione;

- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;

- forti relazioni con i media e capacità di networking;

- abilità organizzative e capacità di gestire progetti complessi;

- orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.

Sede di Lavoro: nelle vicinanze di Rivarolo Mantovano (MN)

Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì
