Defines the Group Sustainability strategy and leads our on-going commitment to build a more sustainable, eco-friendly and socially responsible company through assessment, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement activities.

Pomellato is the first global luxury Italian fashion fine jeweler, unconventional, colourful.

Established in Milan in 1967, Pomellato stands out on the international scene for its unique design, blending impeccable craftsmanship and contemporary spirit.

Timeless and fashionable, the brand was the first to introduce the prêt-à-porter vision into the world of jewellery, infusing classic tradition with a new twist.

Crafted by the hands of expert goldsmiths, its creations heighten colorful gems through innovative stone cutting and setting techniques, which over time have come to define a consistent, unmistakable and iconic style.

We are seeking a Sustainability Intern who is dedicated to promoting eco-friendly practices and eager to contribute to a brand that is a leader in sustainability.

Pomellato was proudly ranked as 1st in the Watches & Jewellery Luxury industry rating by WWF in 2023, and we are driven to enhance our efforts even further.

In this role, you will support our commitment to innovation and maintain our status as a sustainability champion in the luxury jewellery market.

How you will contribute You will engage in a variety of tasks that further our sustainable development goals, working closely with the sustainability team and other departments.


Your role will include:
Assisting in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Analysing and reporting on sustainability metrics and performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices.
Researching new sustainable materials and technologies.
Contributing to sustainability communications and presentations.
Who you are Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field, with a focus on sustainable practices in business, engineering or fashion;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
Fluent in Italian and English, with French being a significant advantage;
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus;
A keen interest in and understanding of sustainable development within the luxury industry;
A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
