MAIN PURPOSE
Within the Marketing and Communication department, the intern will support the Strategic Planning & Client Engagement Manager in orchestrating key activities about branding, consumer insights, network and industry analysis, while contributing to the coordination of other transversal strategic projects.
Local branding
- Support on the assessment of brand equity in the market and city branding activities
- Conduct regular analysis on key competitors to ensure visibility on main activations and initiatives
- Explore and build regular monitoring of luxury industry insights and news
- Support the development of local branded gifts throughout the year for different typologies of clients and moments (seasonal celebrations, boutique openings etc)
Consumer insights and Market Intelligence
- Support the investigation of macroeconomic context with constant monitoring from the main sources about consumer behaviours and business trends and evolutions
- Contribute to the profiling of new audiences and aspirational clients
- Organize internal and external surveys on strategic topics, linked to specific opportunities and commercial moments
Support on transversal projects and strategic planning coordination
- Closely work with the manager and director for the orchestration of strategic activities, facilitating communication with key stakeholders
- Translate into effective presentations all the key projects and activities, ensuring a creative and innovative format is always adopted, contributing to the regular update for the ExCo
- Prepare corporate documents, e.g. business reviews, strategic quarterly meetings, management meetings etc.
PROFILE
- Several backgrounds will be considered: economics but also communication, philosophy, and other creative disciplines
- Previous working experience is required
- Passion for the luxury industry
- Proven appetite for creativity and innovation
- Strive for excellence and sensitivity for details
- Selfstarter, with strong autonomy and proactivity
- Communication and organizational skills
- Extreme proficiency with PowerPoint Fluent English and Italian
