**Quality Assurance Manager (Settore Chimico)**
**Sede di lavoro: Hinterland Nord Milano**
**Il Ruolo**:
Riporta direttamente al Direttore Industriale di Gruppo e coordina un Team di Quality Assurance Specialist.
Le attività principali del Quality Assurance Manager sono le seguenti:
- Progettare, gestire e verificare l'esistenza dei presupposti necessari al mantenimento delle Certificazioni dei Sistemi di Gestione garantendone e implementandone l'integrazione in azienda (ISO9001, ISO14001. ISO45001)
- Assicurare, sulla base della politica aziendale e degli obiettivi di Qualità stabiliti dalla Direzione Generale, lo sviluppo, l'implementazione e il continuo miglioramento del Sistema Qualità Aziendale.
- Certificare che le fasi relative alla Produzione, al Controllo e alla Distribuzione dei prodotti siano definite e gestite secondo le norme prescritte
- Garantire l'aggiornamento costante del Manuale della Qualità e delle relative procedure operative
- Supervisionare direttamente e indirettamente le attività del Controllo Qualità per garantire che i reclami siano gestiti ed analizzati nei tempi corretti in modo da predisporre le opportune azioni correttive
- Supervisionare la pianificazione e l'attuazione degli audit interni valutando e approvando le proposte di azioni correttive
- Rappresentare la Società negli audit con gli Stakeholder per l'area di competenza
La sede di lavoro è nell'immediato Hinterland Nord di Milano.
**I Requisiti**:
- Laurea (preferibilmente Ingegneria/Chimica)
- Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di Quality Assurance Manager presso Aziende Chimiche Italiane o Multinazionali moderne ed evolute.
- Conoscenza fluente della Lingua Inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte (prevalentemente in Italia e occasionalmente anche all'estero)
- Forte Personalità e Leadership
- Buone capacità relazionali
- Capacità di gestire un Team
