Castello di Casole, a Belmond property is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the upcoming season.

The ideal candidate is ready to deliver genuine, top-notch experiences in renowned locations to our guests, showcasing care, confidence, and curiosity. They are enthusiastic about service and eager to advance in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Front Desk operations following company policies and standards, maintaining excellence at all times.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with Guests and Colleagues.
  • Cover multiple night shifts per month.
  • Anticipate and address Guests' needs and concerns.
  • Handle cash accounting for guest payments.

Required Competencies:

  • Effective communication: clear, appropriate communication both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Emotional intelligence: ability to manage emotions and relationships.
  • Collaboration: work cohesively in a team environment.
  • Drive results: pride in delivering exceptional service, taking ownership of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Hotel Management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and a third language.
  • Previous international experience in a similar role.
