L'Impresa Pizzarotti & C. L'azienda ha sempre mirato ad un costante sviluppo nella realizzazione di opere complesse: infrastrutture stradali e autostradali anche in concessione, lavori in galleria, aeroporti, dighe, infrastrutture industriali, costruzioni ferroviarie e interventi di edilizia sanitaria e residenziale. **Posizione**:
L'IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., in una fase di grande accelerazione dalle sua Strategia di Innovazione e Digital Transformation cerca un* **Innovative Materials Scientist** che a riporto ed in collaborazione con Net Zero Innovation Director dovrà:

- Contribuire alla crescita e sviluppo della divisione dedicata, sviluppando strategie e soluzioni sostenibili, attraverso l'impiego di materiali innovativi, nel loro complesso, per andare incontro ai significativi cambiamenti, spinti soprattutto dallo sviluppo tecnologico;
- Sviluppare e mantenere partnership con le principali aziende, start up, istituzioni accademiche e consulenti per supportare e migliorare gli obiettivi della business unit Net Zero Innovation;
- Promuovere progetti/iniziative inerenti sia il miglioramento delle prestazioni dei materiali (calcestruzzi, metalli, polimeri, compositi, semiconduttori), sia lo sviluppo di nuovi materiali per efficientamento energetico, sensoristica, recupero rifiuti da D&C.

**Requisiti**:
Per l'adeguata copertura della posizione, sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea Magistrale Scienze dei Materiali, o Chimica (o equipollente);
- Conoscenza base specifica riguardante la caratterizzazione dei materiali, il controllo della loro qualità, nonché l'uso di tecniche di simulazione per la progettazione di nuovi materiali;
- Essere in grado di collaborare ed integrarsi con team di ingegneri di progetto, apportando elevato valore aggiunto, per sviluppare nuovi materiali per applicazioni in campi diversi;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in un team a matrice di esperti interdisciplinari per fornire risultati. Attento ai dettagli e ben organizzato. Incline alla conoscenza approfondita della strategia aziendale per l'ambiente e delle questioni climatiche in relazione al business;
- Dimostrare capacità di lavorare in modo costruttivo con una varietà di parti interessate, tra cui colleghi e partner senza scopo di lucro, accademici, scienziati, economisti, industria, regolatori e decisori delle politiche pubbliche;
- Empatia, abilità di comunicazione scritta e orale e capacità di analisi.
- Dimostrare capacità di lavorare con colleghi e parti interessate di culture e background diversi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana;
- Ottima conoscenza di Office (livello avanzato Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
