MANIN
Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born. It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands. Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections.

THE ROLE


Off-White is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team and manage the production process of the RTW collection.

You will report to the Production Manager and oversee all production advancement phases.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee raw materials requirements and stock availability
  • Manage the planning to ensure the delivery of assigned orders are on schedule
  • Oversee the sample traffic management between HQ, warehouse and suppliers
  • Coordinate the compilation of production data into ERP software
  • Constant interface with the product development office and with external suppliers
  • Manage the budget and ensure its adherence

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5 years experience in a similar position preferably in a luxury fashion brand
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experienced in RTW garment construction, fabrics, knitwear fitting sessions.
  • Accessories, embroideries and printing, patternmaking and sewing techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good level of English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents
  • Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced everchangingenvironment
  • Open to national and international travel
