Il candidato ideale, a diretto riporto della Direzione, si occupera' della:
- La pianificazione dei lavori di cantiere e/o di manutenzione, redigendo e gestendo il programma lavori, l'approvvigionamento di beni e servizi, l'organizzazione del personale di cantiere;
- Esegue periodiche attivita' di controllo e/o manutenzione su tutto il territorio italiano per la verifica delle attivita' di installazione e/o delle periodiche attivita' previste dal piano di manutenzione in termini di tempi, costi e qualita' delle opere;
- Si occupa delle attivita' inerenti la sicurezza sul lavoro, applicando il piano generale della sicurezza, monitorando e facendo rispettare gli standard definiti;
- Gestisce i rapporti con subappaltatori e fornitori per questioni tecniche e di qualita' delle singole attivita' e/o forniture con relativa gestione dei reclami.
