**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:

- Bedarfsanalyse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, für die bestmögliche Anwendung der Software - ATASS PRO
- Ansprechpartner für den Kunden in Bezug auf die Beschneiungssoftware
- Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, um Bedürfnisse von Kunden zu decken
- Schulung der Kunden vor Ort, in der effizienten Nutzung der Software
- Analysieren von Kundendaten, um Trends zu erkennen und Support des Verkaufsteams
- Beratung des Kunden, zur Optimierung des Beschneiungsprozess
- Aufrechterhaltung aktueller Kenntnisse über Branchentrends und neue Technologien

**Deine Kompetenzen**:

- Freude und Interesse an Software und Digitalisierung
- Teamplayer
- Englisch, Deutsch, idealerweise Italienisch oder Französisch
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, kreativ zu denken
- Erfahrung mit Beschneiungsanlagen ist ein Plus
- Technische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
