As part of a global Team, The Sales Effectiveness Leader is accountable to collaborate with the Sales functions to generate order intake, growth and sales margins through the optimization and standartization of processes, tools and KPIs to track sales opportunities and create market segmentation.

The job owner is also responsible to structure sales effective training programs for sales internal partners and collaborate with Sales Enablement to design solutions that fit customers requirements, evaluate cost, identify benefits and build a positive ROI.

  • Implement Sales
  • effectiveness program and implement KPI that allows to monitor Order Intake value, margin, win rate create appropriate structured analysis
  • Develop and maintain key measurements of sales growth for Sales functions (training, operations, and strategic initiatives)
  • Support the creation of Sales Effective tools for Business and Sales KPIs for Sales and Management
  • Create structured program for Sales Effective education with appropriate tools, products, consultative selling
  • Create structured programs to support a sales effective promotion in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • Provide insights and guidance with the development of a longterm strategy/roadmap for sales effective systems and tools
  • Support the selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss
  • Support the Sales Enablement consultative team and process as needed to achieve the agreed target of Order Intake (value and GM%) in a given Territory

Your competence:

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • 24 years of experience in Sales Management and/or Sales Effectiveness roles in B2B international markets
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Demonstrated ability to structure problem solving initiatives, organize teamwork with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Good ability to analyse sales data in excel and/or Qliksense, identify Sales KPI and propose improvements to enhance effective sales
  • Good technical and commercial background and understanding
  • Understand the sales cycle and the key drivers to create a sales effective process and effective sales tools in Healthcare in International business
  • Structured mindset with good understanding of the EMEA & APAC different Territories needs, culture, processes, sales practices

Desiderable:

  • Good ability or previous experience to understand Medication Management business with Automated and Digitalised Solutions in the Hospital market
