The venue


Located in the pop San Lorenzo district, Soho House Rome, is a private members club with 69 bedrooms, a rooftop pool, a gym, a cinema and events spaces.

On the 8th floor is Cowshed Spa and Health Club.

Cowshed has evolved into a holistic range of products and treatments, all bound together through our continued use of natural botanicals, containing the highest quality essential oils.

The role

We are recruiting a enthusiastic and proactive Health Club Lead Therapist:

  • To be responsible for the delivery of beauty services/treatments, as well as leading and contributing to research projects, and providing knowledge and insight to product development projects
  • To lead wholestaff training and be an ambassador for the Soho House brand and vision
  • To liaise professionally with colleagues and external professionals as appropriate
  • To ensure that the client receives the highest standard of spa treatment (massages, waxing, pedicure, manicure, body treatments and facials)
  • To deal with guests requests and queries in a polite and friendly manner
  • To ensure that clients are comfortable and at ease with the facilities that the spa offers
  • Manage the treatment room standards (constantly checking to ensure that they are being maintained to the prescribed hygiene standards, maintaining health and safety)
  • Assist the Spa Manager in the daily operations of the Spa i.e. inventory of professional products, cleanliness of all areas, linen control

Requirements:

  • Have 56 year experience in a similar environment and role/position
  • Have a background in the retail or beauty industry
  • Are up to date with health and wellbeing trends throughout the World
  • Offer excellent customer service


Only those Health Club Lead Therapists who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
