Posizione:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic _
  _Marketing Manager__ to help us in our overall marketing efforts, in our fantastic office _
  _based in Capena__ (RM). _
  _Reporting directly to the Sales Director__, you will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets, from brand awareness to product promotion_
  _._
• You are a competent professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be wellversed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics, being responsible in supporting the Sales Director in the creation of development projects, for the success of the sales department_
• The goal is to build one of our future Top Managers in the Group by the next 3 years._

About the role

_Responsibilites:

• Manage and coordinate marketing and activities
• Weekly meetings with other internal departments such as Digital Marketing and Stores
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
• Support the Sales Director in the development of multiple projects
• Monthly business trips to our HQ based in Egna (BZ)

Requisiti:

• Available to relocate
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
• Wellorganized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Master's Degree in economics / business management / marketing / communications or equivalent
• Excellent English knowledge (C1), German will be considered a plus
