Main tasks:
Center of Excellence for Tender Management for local Sales and Service Teams
Be the one-point-of-information for tender business
Checking tender alerts on daily basis
Checking proactively tender searching systems and platforms on daily basis
Identifying tender projects
Understand the request and qualify the tender
Perform supplier qualification and registration
Provide concepts for technical and commercial bids in close cooperation with Sales and Product Management
Check tender contracts and tender authority's GTC (General Terms and Conditions)
Analyze tender results (won and lost ones) and create feedback to Sales and Service Teams
Translations of documentation into Italian if needed
Creating of reports from BW about sales in the past 3 years (needed to prove the technical solvency for tenders) to be used as references.
Maintaining an archive of the most commonly used deeds and self declarations and keep it updated on quarterly base.Preparing the declarations as requested in the bidding sheets (e.g.fulfilling available customer templates)
Submitting of complete tender bid documents online by post sticking in due form and time
Continuously monitor and analyze competitive behaviour for tenders.
Draw conclusions fromthis and take them into account in order to continuously optimize the Sartorius bidding documents, taking into account the respective Sartorius tender starting position.
Support tender integrators/dealers with export-related enquiries based on the required knowledge (e.g. customs, language, export control), if necessary in consultation with specialist departments. Specify export tenders in consultation and coordination with the local sales organisation, order process management, logistics and service.Create and process statistics of tender participations, awards and tender rejections for Tender Management
Job-related requirements profile:
Completed training at a technical college or completed at least 3 years of technical vocational trainingand corresponding several years of professional experience with tender processing.

Flexibility in time
Good knowledge of spoken and written language in Italian and English
