Synergie Italia, multinazionale francese leader nel settore delle Risorse Umane da oltre 50 anni e tra i leader europei del settore HR, seleziona una Hr Administrative per il rafforzamento del proprio staff interno.

Posizione

La figura ricercata sarà responsabile dei corretti adempimenti amministrativi relativi all'assunzione e alla gestione dei lavoratori somministrati e dei clienti, offrendo un servizio di helpdesk di primo livello.

Si occuperà in autonomia delle attività legate all'amministrazione del personale, tra cui:

  • Inserimento e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche di candidati, lavoratori e aziende
  • Gestione delle pratiche contrattuali e di assunzione, proroga o cessazione
  • Gestione delle variabili legate alle assunzioni (TFR, detrazioni fiscali, ecc.) e degli eventi occasionali come infortuni, malattie, licenziamenti, contestazioni disciplinari, ecc.
  • Caricamento delle presenze sul gestionale aziendale
Requisiti

Il candidato ideale ha esperienza, anche minima, nella mansione, preferibilmente in un'agenzia per il lavoro, ed è determinato, orientato all'obiettivo, organizzato, dinamico, comunicativo e in grado di gestire gli imprevisti e le sfide quotidiane del settore.

Orario di lavoro: Full Time.

Sede di lavoro: Filiale di Verona.
