Job Description:

What will you take care of?
The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

Help shaping the future:
with the Electrical Drives Division (ED) portfolio, we shape the future of electrified and automated mobility.

  • You will enhance our current business with existing customers and the existing portfolio.
  • You will increment our business with the new portfolio with existing customers, and approach potential new customers.
  • You will support activities in preselling and the acquisition phase with existing and potential new customers. The activities are aligned with the customer and BU strategy and the related interfaces.
  • You will be in contact with the engineering and advanced development departments as well as the purchasing departments of our customers and the BU.

Take on responsibility:

Along the entire sales and marketing process, you will follow the rules for technical sales, tools and methods are applied.

With a proactive attitude versus the BU and the customers, the current business is managed and potential new business is identified and acquired.

To support our growth, you'll build up and maintain a trustful network of contacts, internally and externally.

Experience cooperation:

As part of a global team, with various interfaces to Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Sales Controlling and others you can relay on the one hand on all needed support to accomplish your tasks and reach the set targets.

On the other side, your experience and competence supports the global team to reach our over all success. You implement and manage a trustful and competent collaboration with the various customer interfaces.

Reliable implementation:

You are following the established compliance and business rules and processes, utilizing the tools and methods in sales and marketing.

You take care of your business and foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you? You have a proactive behavior, you have a trustworthy and transparent collaboration and a expressed "will to hunt"; you are available to support the team and organization as well as the customers; you have a great ability to create and maintain/use networks

_ Experience and know-how:_ direct experience in the field of automotive/mobility c/o an OEM or supplier, either in engineering, project management or sales/marketing; alternatively in purchasing; knowledge of project management; experience in tools like SF, office package;
