As People & Culture Business Partner you:

act as a partner for people management - formulating P&C plans, - promoting and/or implementing a variety of processes/programmes/initiatives, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equity and diversity etc., within the assigned perimeter of responsibility (e.g. business line/competence lines).

Be able to present arguments during a negotiation or debate, or in written form, in a persuasive manner in order to obtain the most support for the case the speaker or writer represents

Be able to manage different levels of stakeholders and steer decisions, manage significant counterparts for the bank (e.g. important clients, institutions, ..)

Be able to understand various internal factors that influence the operation of companies such as its roles, responsibilities, activities of organizational functions

Be able to determine sustainable and attractive benefits package, being familiar with the wide variety of benefits and their costs

Be able to define programs to support corporate transformation initiatives (e.g. organizational changes, implementation of service models, etc.) by defining mechanisms and solutions (e.g. communication plans, support tools, etc.) for activation, support and consolidation of change

Be able to advise on legislation, on a national or international level, that governs labour conditions in various fields between labour parties such as the government, employees, employers, and trade unions

Be able to design and/or implement and/or promote leadership development program with the aim to prepare current and future leaders to perform effectively in their roles. Leadership development enables employees to improve their skills in areas such as decision making, team management, coaching, innovation, ...

Provide personalised help, guidance and information to people in order to make them grow in their careers

The techniques and methods used to improve awareness and identity and develop talents and potential in human beings

Capability to design and manage talent management processes to attract and retain high-quality employees, developing their skills and engagement towards Company's goals

Be able to understand, analyze and derive appropriate actions from standard Workforce Planning models. Understand categories of Demand, Supply, Gap, Surpluses; their relevant dimensions (timing, geo, etc.), how these are determined and what are the set of actionable levers to manage them. Advanced skill include ability to modelling and develop workforce planning schemes and/or to deploy given/Group frameworks to the specific context.

Be able to analyze and make decisions based on raw data collected from various sources. Be able to know the different techniques using algorithms that derive insights or trends from that data to support decision-making processes

Be able to promote and respect diversity of beliefs, culture, values and preferences, keeping in mind the importance of equality and diversity issues

Be able to build effective relationships, to develop and maintain alliances, contacts or partnerships, and to exchange information with others

Be able to improve the involvement and enthusiasm of employees in their work, workplace and remote working

Understand and manage key compensation items (fixed, variable, benefit, severances, pension funds, stock options,...) and compensation packages

Knowledge of pools and candidates' sources, recruiting tools functionalities, assessment methodologies, administrative steps, onboarding

Be able to identify the critical positions within the organization, to build an internal/ external pipeline and to define action plans to support individuals to assume those positions

Capability to manage the internal and external hiring process of candidates

Be able to take actions on the goals and procedures defined at a strategic level in order to mobilize resources and pursue the established strategies
