Dematic has an immediate need for a HR Solutions Manager as part of our Global HR organization where we have Workday as the backbone for our HR technology landscape.

This position is responsible for the delivery of quality Workday solutions by analyzing Dematics needs; recommending plans for improvement and enhancements; working with Dematics HRIT team and the KION Group HR Solutions team to design specifications and implement those plans across the user community.

The person in this role will also play a key part in the support and mentoring of Dematics HR Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead HR Solutions team at Dematic in successfully finding innovative ways to solve business challenges and take full advantage of HR technology at KION GroupPartner with HR leadership teams to understand and deliver solutions to support strategic business objectives; develop and maintain 3-5 year roadmap for HR technology landscape.

Create efficiencies, maintain compliance, improve user experience, and deploy best practicesLead problem solving for issues that originate outside of HR Solutions that impact HR Solutions ability to deliver servicesPartner closely with HRIT, KION Group Workday support team, and business stakeholders for system migrations, enhancements, upgrades, projects, and new system implementationsPartner with process specialists, communication and training specialists, and data analysts to deliver resultsMentor HR Solutions team in career growth and development; maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateWhat we are looking for:


Possess leadership acumen to perform as a strategic partner to HR leadership team; ability to establish presence and demeanor to interface and work collaboratively with leadersAbility to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive success, challenge status quo and demonstrate ability to adapt to dynamic situationsProven long-term and strategic perspective that extends beyond the immediate initiatives; visualizes and articulates aclear directionAbility to navigate complex system discussionsMasters Degree in Human Resources or similar business fieldPrefer experience in Workday as a core HR platform for a Global OrganizationExperience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and influence without direct authorityAbility to see the big picture and develop supporting solutions aligned to organizational business plans as well as tactical capabilitiesExcellent customer management and business literacy skills, able to accurately interpret business objectives and needsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and concise mannerStrong ability to balance competing priorities and flexibility to re-prioritizeAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data KION Supply Chain Solutions (KION SCS) is an operating unit of the KION Group, consisting of the two strong and successful brands Dematic and DAI.
