Siamo alla ricerca di talenti da inserire nel team di Compliance con il ruolo di Regulatory Specialist, con specifico focus in ambito di normativa assicurativa.

**Cosa farai**

La funzione di Regulatory supporta le funzioni di business e fornisce attività di consulenza con riguardo a tutte le tematiche regolamentari.

In questo ruolo, avrai la responsabilità di operare a diretto riporto del Chief Compliance Officer e a stretto contatto con tutte le funzioni aziendali, occupandoti principalmente di tematiche afferenti alla regolamentazione assicurativa.

Nello specifico sarai responsabile di:

- Svolgere attività di controllo e monitoraggio circa il rispetto della regolamentazione assicurativa;
- Fornire assistenza e consulenza con riguardo a specifiche tematiche nonché all'applicazione delle normative in essere e di quelle di volta in volta introdotte, supportando e indirizzando le funzioni di business.

**Requirements**:
**Chi cerchiamo**
- laurea in giurisprudenza
- eccellente conoscenza della normativa assicurativa primaria e secondaria
- esperienza di almeno 5 anni come legale in house in operatori assicurativi o nel dipartimento regolamentare all'interno di studi legali
- ottima conoscenza di word e powerpoint
- inglese fluente
- ottime capacità relazionali, di orientamento ai risultati e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi oltre a determinazione e spirito di iniziativa.
