**Planning, Process & Quality Specialist appartenente alle Categorie Protette (art.1 - L.68/99),**

da inserire presso la sede di Scandicci (FI).

Principali responsabilità:
Supporta la pianificazione operativa delle attività della Divisione Driving Experience, di breve, medio e lungo termine, per consentire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, sia in termini di performance verso i driver che di efficienza interna, attraverso l'analisi dei dati storici, di quelli previsionali, dei KPI's quantitativi e qualitativi, nonché l'efficientamento e l'adeguamento continuo dei processi all'evoluzione dinamica dei bisogni di tutti gli stakeholders.

L'offerta è rivolta a personale appartenente alle Categorie Protette (art.1 - L.68/99).

Completano il profilo:

- Diploma/Laurea in materie economiche
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruoli analoghi (analisi dati, analisi KPI, pianificazione ed efficientamento dei processi) all'interno di contesti strutturati
- Ottime capacità analitiche e gestionali, capacità di lavoro in team e di collaborazione con altre aree aziendali
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel.

Viene offerta assunzione diretta come da CCNL di riferimento, con contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi e inquadramento secondo esperienza/capacità.
