About the Role

Powersoft S.p.A. is a multinational group with headquarters in Italy, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with over 130 employees. As a world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of products and patented solutions for professional audio applications, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager OEM to join our Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of OEM Key Accounts to achieve long-term strategies, maintaining and expanding the customer base in existing and new vertical markets.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach, implementing yearly forecasts and key actions for each account.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the opportunities pipeline to help sales forecasting and production planning.
  • Strategically travel to build relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines, including reporting.
  • Research and report on all aspects of the industry, including competition and market scenarios.
  • Collect customer feedback and market research.
  • Use Company's CRM to report all information about markets, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors.
  • Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in international Pro Audio organizations.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Demonstrated expertise of organizational strategies.
  • English advanced working knowledge, written and spoken (knowledge of a second language like German or French constitutes a preferred requirement).
  • Basic economic and accounting skills.
  • An advanced bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or other fields related to the profession.
  • A passion for everything related to music tech is preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM software/methodology.
