Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that any issues or defects are identified and addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Engineering: A Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Aerospace.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Certification: A Project Management certification, such as PMP, is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
