Job Title: Senior Account Manager - OEM Sales
Job Summary:
Powersoft S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager - OEM Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of the professional audio market and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of OEM Key Accounts to achieve long-term strategies, maintaining and expanding the customer base in existing and new vertical markets
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach, implementing yearly forecasts and key actions for each account
- Set, track and achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the opportunities pipeline to help sales forecasting and production planning
- Strategically travel to build relationships with existing and new customers
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines including reporting
- Research and report on all aspects of the industry, including competition and market scenarios
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Use Company's CRM to report all information about markets, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential
Requirements:
- A minimum of proven 5 years of experience in sales management in international Pro Audio organisations
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Demonstrated expertise of organizational strategies
- English advanced working knowledge, written and spoken (knowledge of a second language like German or French constitutes a preferred requirement)
- Basic economic and accounting skills
- An advanced bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or other fields related to the profession
