About the Role:

Ascom Holding Ag is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for software and communication devices across the enterprise and healthcare segments. You will work closely with technical teams, operations, and management to drive Ascom's growth and deliver cutting-edge communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process for software and communication devices across the enterprise and healthcare segments.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a balanced sales funnel.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business model, overall goals, and needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with end customers, design firms, and key stakeholders in both the enterprise and healthcare segments.
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for both enterprise and healthcare markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling ICT solutions, with a preference for experience spanning both enterprise (IT, Networking, UC) and healthcare sectors.
  • Consultative sales approach and ability to propose high-value, complex solutions.
  • Ability to develop opportunities across the entire sales process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and collaborate with Presales and the technical team.
