Key Account Manager OEM

Powersoft S.p.A. is a multinational group with headquarters in Italy, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with over 130 employees. As a world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of products and patented solutions for professional audio applications, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager OEM to join our Sales Department.
The ideal candidate will be based at our company headquarters facility in Firenze, Italy and will be responsible for selling complex products and/or services, maintaining and developing strategic relationships with OEM Key Accounts, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of OEM Key Accounts to achieve long-term strategies, maintaining and expanding the customer base in existing and new vertical markets
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach, implementing yearly forecasts and key actions for each account
- Set, track, and achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the opportunities pipeline to help sales forecasting and production planning
- Strategically travel to build relationships with existing and new customers
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines, including reporting
- Research and report on all aspects of the industry, including competition and market scenarios
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Use Company's CRM to report all information about markets, accounts, opportunities, and activities
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in international Pro Audio organisations
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Demonstrated expertise of organisational strategies
- English advanced working knowledge, written and spoken (knowledge of a second language like German or French constitutes a preferred requirement)
- Basic economic and accounting skills
- An advanced bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or other fields related to the profession
- A passion for everything related to music tech is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of CRM software/methodology
