- Capacità di interfacciamento diretto con gli stakeholder
- Forti competenze nella gestione di programmi e progetti, nell'intero ciclo di vita

- Eccellenti doti di comunicazione, scritta e orale, e capacità relazionali
- Capacità organizzative e analitiche, precisione
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese

E altri requisiti che valorizzano ulteriormente la candidatura:

- Esperienze pregresse nel settore PA
- Certificazioni, in particolare negli ambiti:
- Project Management (es. CAPM, Agile, SCRUM, Prince 2)
- IT Service Management (es. ITIL)
- IT Governance (es. COBIT)
- Esperienza in progetti condotti in modalità Agile
- Esperienza in attività di Design Thinking
- Conoscenza di altre lingue straniere
