Join Our Team as an HCM Consultant

About the Role:

Mercer Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled HCM Consultant to join our team in Milan or Rome. As an HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering HR transformation programs and implementing HR information systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep expertise in digital HR solutions and technologies.
  • Elaborate business cases and technical evaluations for HR IT systems.
  • Analyze and revise current HR processes to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design of delivery models for HR services.
  • Advise clients on HR transformation programs and select the best HR information system for their needs.
  • Understand and map clients' end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory to propose improvements.
  • Implement clients' requirements into HR IT systems and follow up after go-live to respond to questions or concerns.
  • Execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager.
  • Lead the development of client-ready reports and analysis with minimal guidance.
  • Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies.
  • Support the development of proposals for new client opportunities and support business and intellectual capital development.
  • Work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of HCM skills.
  • Preferred experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM projects.
  • Proven experience in HCM consulting companies or in a digital transformation manager role in a corporate environment of similar size/complexity.
  • Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, and technology trends.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement, and coordinate development projects.
  • Strong results orientation and attention to details.
  • Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations.
  • Italian at native level and English proficiency are a must.
