About the Role:

Mercer Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled HCM Consultant to join our team in Milan/Rome. As a key member of our HR Transformation practice, you will be responsible for delivering HCM projects for clients across various sectors and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in digital transformation and HRIS implementation.
  • Elaborate business cases and technical evaluations for HR IT systems.
  • Analyze and revise current HR processes to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design of delivery models for HR services.
  • Advise clients on HR transformation programs and select suitable HR information systems.
  • Understand and map clients' end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory to propose improvements.
  • Implement clients' requirements into HR IT systems and follow up after go-live.
  • Execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager.
  • Develop client-ready reports and analysis with minimal guidance.
  • Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies.
  • Support the development of proposals for new client opportunities and business development.
  • Collaborate with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of HCM experience.
  • Preferred experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM projects.
  • Proven experience in HCM consulting companies or digital transformation roles in corporate environments.
  • Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, and technology trends.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to support project design, implementation, and coordination.
  • Strong results orientation and attention to detail.
  • Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations.
  • Italian at native level and English proficiency are a must.
