We are searching for a Technical Project Manager to join us in Milan under the Electrification and automation domain with a permanent contract. Your Role:

As the Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the technical progression of MV projects, ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, and cutting-edge engineering practices. You will manage small projects independently or collaborate with Project Managers on larger tasks.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising engineering activities for MV boards in a global business unit focusing on electrical substations, PV plants, and energy storage systems;
  • Developing material specifications and wiring diagrams, ensuring effective implementation;
  • Defining Company MV board designs from Plant Single Line Diagrams;
  • Following up on projects from handover to customer delivery, including fabrication and testing;
  • Participating in site installations and plant commissioning when necessary;
  • Working with the Supply Chain for vendor documentation, bids evaluation, and materials;
  • Providing technical advice and handling specialized assignments in your area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in electrotechnical fields and related disciplines;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing key responsibilities and knowledge;
  • Proficiency in MV switchgear technology with protection and control systems;
  • Technical High School Diploma or Engineering University Degree (preferably in Electrical);
  • Willingness to travel for factory acceptance tests;
  • Passion for continuous growth;
  • Respect for diversity, eagerness to share knowledge, and collaborate;
  • Proficiency in English and Italian;
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
