Il Gruppo BASF ha lanciato, per l'anno 2024, la 10° edizione del Young Graduate Program.
Il progetto prevede l'individuazione di neolaureati e laureati di potenziale da inserire con contratto di apprendistato di 18 mesi.

Durante questo periodo, ciascun candidato svolgerà un percorso formativo custom, finalizzato ad una formazione di tipo tecnico, manageriale e gestionale: dopo un primo periodo di onboarding di due mesi nella posizione di application, è previsto lo svolgimento di due progetti reali e concreti in due diverse BU/sedi di BASF italia. Terminati i progetti è previsto il rientro nella sede/BU di application e quindi di assunzione.

Le dimensioni del Gruppo BASF e la varietà dei business nei quali opera offrono al candidato molteplici opportunità di interazione ma anche di lavoro a livello internazionale.

Nell'ambito del Young Graduates' Program, BASF Italia prevede l'inserimento di un Junior Project Engineer per la sede di Fino Mornasco (CO).

In collaborazione con i suoi clienti, BASF lavora in tutto il mondo a soluzioni innovative, sempre più attraverso l'utilizzo di materie prime naturali e sostenibili, per rispondere alle richieste degli utilizzatori finali.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA

Inserito/a con contratto di apprendistato nel team Engineering dello stabilimento di Fino Mornasco (CO), Il candidato/a si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Eseguire studi di fattibilità per la realizzazione di interventi di miglioramento strutturale ed impiantistico come il potenziamento di infrastrutture, l'ampliamento e l'ottimizzazione degli impianti produttivi e gli adeguamenti in linea con le vigenti normative.
- Effettuare valutazioni diagnostiche a seguito di problemi o scostamenti in termini di produttività, qualità, affidabilità, sicurezza o impatto ambientale degli impianti, ricavando cause, stabilendo ed attuando azioni correttive.
- Supportare lo stabilimento produttivo nell'elaborazione e realizzazione di progetti di modifica agli impianti nel rispetto delle tempistiche, del budget e dei vincoli di sicurezza e ambientali.
- Assicurare la corretta esecuzione dei progetti, supervisionando il lavoro e gestendo i rapporti con le ditte appaltatrici e i
- Applicare sistematicamente i principi di controllo automatico ed automazione delle linee di processo e degli impianti ausiliari, al fine di ridurre il ricorso alla manodopera ed aumentare l'affidabilità processuale.
- Proporre migliorie e aggiornamenti degli standard tecnici finalizzati a ridurre i tempi e la variabilità di progettazione e garantire l'adozione di soluzioni efficaci.

PROFILO RICERCATO

- Il/la candidato/a ideale è un/a neolaureato/a o un laureando/a in Ingegneria Chimica interessato/a a maturare un'esperienza professionale nel settore industriale.
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale una precedente esperienza di stage in azienda e/o un'esperienza di studio/lavoro all'estero.
- Sono richieste una buona conoscenza dell'impiantistica industriale chimica e una consapevolezza dei vincoli tecnici inerenti al processo, alla sicurezza sul lavoro e alla tutela ambientale.
- È fluente in inglese, sia in forma scritta che orale, e ha una competenza avanzata nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office.
- Completano il profilo una solida predisposizione al lavoro in team, un marcato orientamento ai risultati e alla risoluzione dei problemi, un'attitudine alla leadership e buone capacità di pianificazione.
