Dealing with bookings;:

Completing Check - in and Check

Preparing bills and taking payments;:
Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;:
Dealing with complaints or problems;
Requirements:***-
Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;:

Flexibility: working time and hours; morning, afternoon and night Shifts, at least 2 nights shifts per weeks**:
Excellence in customer service;:

Highly proficient in spoken and written English;:
2+ years experience in similar role
