YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter-Night Poter for the colorful Hostel in Florence - Viale Redi.

YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. YellowSquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

The Tasks:

  • Dealing with bookings;
  • Completing Checkin and Checkout procedures;
  • Preparing bills and taking payments;
  • Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
  • Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:

  • Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
  • Flexibility: working time and hours;
    morning, afternoon and night Shifts, at least 2 nights shifts per weeks:
  • Excellence in customer service;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
  • 2+ years experience in similar role
