In this role, you will: Take ideas and concepts, and translate them into creative contents that effectively meet the needs of internal leaders, partners and most of all the customers; Develop design concepts and lead visual design development throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial explorations through to final design deliverables; Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving a problem; Communicate and present design strategy/rationale effectively to key stakeholders; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Agencies, developers, product managers) to create compelling visual designs/contents; Spark fresh ideas and new perspectives to approach content/fashion show/ digital experiences; Develop the visual language, style guide as well as the specifications; Deep understanding of brand and how to create a design system; What makes you, makes our team

For this role, we're looking for someone with:
Previous image production and art direction experience (4/5 years) at an agency or high-end brand preferred University degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design Fluent English, other languages a plus Exceptional creativity and innovation Excellent creative art direction with an understanding how to apply that to a variety of marketing/comms channels Excellent creative IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent time management and organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail People management skills Collaborative approach with colleagues What makes you, makes our legacy
